Lazania
Ingredient:
· lazania dough 1 kg
· hotdog 500 GR
· gerweer cheese grated 150 GR
· a can of mushrooms
· fried onion 2 or 3 tablespoon
· tomato paste 2 tablespoon
· white sauce 3 cups
· butter 100 GR
· salt and pepper
Directions:
chop mushrooms and hotdogs and mix with fry onions. then add
tomato paste and let it boil
until it becomes thick. then add salt and pepper and mix with
half of the cup of sauce and
let it boil for several minutes. put some water in another bowl
with one tablespoon of oil
and one tablespoon of sauce and put it on the oven until it
boils then separate the lazania
dough and put it in the boiling water, the dough shouldn't be
very soft. by then place all of
the dough in a piece of cloth to make them drain. grease the pan
and put the sheets of lazania
on it, then pour the sauce and sprinkle some cheese on it, the
put another sheet of dough and
pour the rest of sauce above. and again sprinkle some cheese. we
do this for several times
until all the sheets get finished and finally we pour the rest
of cheese too and set the chopped butters on it. place the pan
in the oven with the heat of 400 Fahrenheit for half an
hour to 45 minutes. the surface of lazania must be golden then
it's ready to serve. |
